The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. Messages are read by the person who runs the site, Sungcheol Kim, and we aim to reply within a few working days. There is no ticket system and no chatbot.
What to write about
- A tool is not working. Tell us which tool, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. The browser and device you use (for example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone) help us reproduce the problem. Please do not attach private files; a description or a small test file is enough.
- A tool you would like. We add tools that process files in the browser without uploading them. Describe the task you are trying to finish and why the tools you tried did not work for you.
- A mistake in a guide. If a size, step or statement in one of our blog posts is wrong or out of date, send the page address and the correction. Platform sizes change, and we update guides when we are told.
- Privacy or data questions. Our tools process files on your device, so we hold no copy of your files. If you still have a question, see the Privacy Policy or write to us.
- Business or press. Partnerships and press requests are welcome at the same address.
What we cannot do
Because files never reach our servers, we cannot recover a file you lost, restore a previous version, or look at a file you processed. We also cannot give legal, medical or financial advice, and we do not offer paid support. If a tool cannot do what you need, we will say so and, where we can, point you to a better option.
Advertising and content complaints
The site is supported by advertising. If an ad looks misleading or inappropriate, send us the page address and a short description or screenshot, and we will report it to the ad network and review our settings. For copyright concerns, include the page address, the material you believe is yours and how to reach you.
